The Florida man told the authorities that he was merely trying to show Phoebe that her behavior is not acceptable and that he did not hurt the pup in the process. However, Phoebe’s wounds tell an entirely different story.
According to the authorities, everything Kelly would go near Phoebe, the poor puppy would start yelping, a telltale sign that the man has been abusing the dog for quite some time. Jessica Wenner, Kelly’s girlfriend, declared that she’s abhorred by how the man decided to treat the family dog. Furthermore, she explained to the authorities that, on more than one occasions, she was bite marks of Phoebe’s ears, but could not account for them.
Well, it would seem that the Florida man’s love for biting to discipline method isn’t limited to canines. According to Wenner, after finding out about the way he’s treating Phoebe, Kelly’s brother went to confront him.
Kelly Bits His Brother By his Chest
Wenner told the authorities that the conversation got a little heated and, at one point, Kelly jumped his brother and bit him by the chest. The woman called the police and told the officers all about her boyfriend’s attempts to discipline the family pet. Kelly was taken into custody and is now waiting for his trial.
As for his brother, according to Wenner, the man did no need any medical assistance after the incident with his brother’s denture. Phoebe, Kelly’s dog, was taken to a nearby vet clinic to receive treatment for her ear wound.
